Q: Where is my nearest studio?
A: Please refer to the studios page of the website where all the studio locations and contact details are listed.
Q: How do I book a sitting?
A: Please call your nearest studio (listed on the studio page of the website) and the staff will be pleased to arrange this for you. Please note that we cannot take bookings via email.
Q: How much does it cost / What are the different prices?
A: Please call your nearest studio and the staff will explain the different options available.
Q: I have a plan / Watch Me Grow / Family Collection purchased from the previous Olan Mills company. Can I still use it?
A. All vouchers from the previous Olan Mills company are now over 12 months old and have therefore expired. We can no longer accept these vouchers.
Q: I have a gift box purchased from the previous Olan Mills company. Can I still use it?
All gift boxes from the previous Olan Mills company are now over 12 months old and have therefore expired. We can no longer honour these gift boxes.
Q: Can you photograph large groups?
A: All of our studios can photograph groups of up to 8 adults, and our high street studios are generally able to photograph groups of up to 16 adults. Please contact your nearest studio to discuss your requirements.
Q: Is there a choice of backgrounds?
A: All of our studios are equipped with a choice of backgrounds including white, black, colours and seasonal picture backgrounds. In addition our photographers can produce different lighting effects to compliment the subject.
Q: When are the studios open?
A: This depends upon the location of the studio. The high street locations are all open from Tuesday to Saturday (with most also open on Sundays), and the studios within Mothercare stores are open during the store opening hours.
